At Gehneay, we aim to deliver your favorite jewelry and accessories safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
International shipping will be announced soon.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delays may occur during public holidays, sales, or unforeseen courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.

• For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat delivery fee of PKR 200 will apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately.
We will assist in resolving the issue through our courier partner.
